Do you know what the 'most played' console of the year was....
useage minutes of home consoles in the US during 2008....
Gamecube 4.6%
PS3 7.3%
Original Xbox 9.7%
Wii 13.4%
Misc 16.2%
Xbox360 17.2%
and the winner... Playstation 2 at 31.7%

I wonder how they measured that (given that the PS2, Gamecube etc don't go online). Sounds like one of those surveys that can be manipulated to prove whatever statistic you want it to say...

i realised DS wasn't in those figures, but I did wonder why it wasn't a console.
There's a fine line between console and not-a-console for DS and PSP, especially as you can get gadgets to connect them to a TV.
