Yeah looks very good I like them silent hill types of games - will be getting it for the PS3 im not looking forward to paying £35+ though

they are bringing out a computer generated film of dead space as well. the story before the game if you know what i mean

Played it for 4 hours and i'm on the 5th chapter and am thoroughly enjoying it (except the shooting asteroids bit sucked)

i switched the surround sound off, as it was stressing me out

the sound is amazing so far, just a PITA when i hear fackin monsters behind my head

fecking sound is giving me the heebie jeebies with the random clanking noises and scratching/scurrying noises

very Bioshock with the video/audio logs amnd some freaky weird **** going on

i think i will switch the surround sound back on on the next play through, when i know what is coming

yea i noticed the bioshockness, especially the posters on the walls

really is much better then i expected it to be when i saw the first WIP videos, still amazed that this came from EA

i suppose after deadspace 1,2,3,4,5,6 we might start to hate it a bit

i played it last night for a couple of hours and i nearly **** my pants, i had to force myself to move around a corner where a scratching noise was coming from, superb game!

I am also very much impressed that EA could pull this game out of their sleves. I only started the 2nd mission but I already know that Far Cry 2 must wait a while before I play it again. This game is great so far. I like stomping on dead bodies, does this make me weird?

how the hell do you get across the ships outer body on level 4 ?

tried legging it, and blew up
tried flying across with "strategic" (read point and hope)zero gravity manoeuvres and got blown up

no idea how to do it

did it, never realised you had to run and hide behind the square things, i had no idea what was blowing me up, but i had to attempt it 8 fooken times

shooting asteroids was a bit sketchy!

It was a seperate EA studio not the one that continues with footie games.

Also by the looks there is a sequel in the works,if it's like the resident Evil series it will be worth it imo.

anyone got to that horrid boss on level 6 with the three tentical things coming at you? Its were you have just put a virus container into the appropriate console and then you have to go and kill it because the virus wasnt strong enough. Can i pooh kill it!!

The Leviathan?

Shoot the yellow parts of the tentacles and they will explode eventually after all 3 have gone then the mouth will shoot out 'bombs' use kinesis on one to get an achievement.
Then i think you have to keep shooting the mouth so the 'bombs' explode in it.
