Default Ringtones on iphone?

Hello folks. Anyone know how I can get decent ringtones on the iphone 3G?

Surely everyone isnt using the crappy preset ones. They're horrible!!

I tried to bluetooth some across from my old phone but it wouldnt let me!!

Any ideas?

If you're a Mac user it's easy, drag a tune into Garage Band, trim it to size then save as a ring tone. Not sure how it works on PC.

Thanks for the link Markus but i'm a bit lost how do I,

change the extension from .m4a to .m4r

I'm really crap at computers so please go step by step.

You should be able to go into windows explorer and select the file, hit F2 and it should let you change the name, including the three letter extension at the end, so you change it from .m4a to .m4r then hit the return key to submit the change.

I used this site to get several ringtones Ringtones - Audiko. Click on the ringtone you want then the download for iphone option.

Anyone else used it, or know of any potential pitfalls?

that's the one I've found. It's easy and works really well. No problems for me so far!!
