I've just uninstalled Settlers 2 10th anniversary edition demo and i'm now getting an 'internet explorer script error' message.

It asks 'Do you want to continue to run scripts on this page' clicking on yes or no makes no difference,i cannot shut the error box.

but nothing is next to these

cannot run system restore and it Search Companion doesn't work

WTF have i done and what can be done (please note not a very good with PCs so please make any solution in nice and simple)

PC is running Windows XP Prof +SP2

 

I've uninstalled IE7 and started using Firefox and no script error message now.
