Help with NOT RESPONDING error messages
Ive started having problems getting random error messages on programs and folders, for eg, Outlook Express will not open and hangs. Also, randomly i cant access my FONTS folder, this hangs with the same error.
Is it time to format and start again or can this be fixed?
Ive ran chkdsk, spyware progs, NOD32 and deleted temporary files, etc.
Whats next?

You could give us a hint by telling us what operating system you are running and what hardware you are on! Also a bit of background (e.g. this has started to happen ever since i....).
