Default Jpeg/picture viewer on Pc, cant remember which one i used?

Hi all, ive just reformatted my entire Pc, backing everything up on an exturnal harddrive, as my system was running a little slow

My system is now running how it should be, apart from when i open a picture, it opens using 'Windows Fax and Picture Viewer', not the one i used to use before i re-formatted it

Ive checked the other programs i can use, but non are the same as the old one that i used to use

It was kinda similar to 'Quick time picture viewer' only there were a few tools like smudge/sharpen resize and cropping options within the tool bars

Anyone know which application it is by any chance
Its doing my sweded right in

Any ideas Scooby Dudes?
