for some reason my internet over the past few days has been rubbish keep checking on speedtest.net and i keep getting an average of 63kbps and i had a max of 162kbps this is on a 4 meg service with aol, spoke to aol and they say there isnt a problem and i'm not on any restriction, i'm now at my witsend tried all sorts and it's still exactly the same. can anyone help

Have you had a look at your Phone filter? May need replacing. Either that or your phone line is knackered.
Have you tried contacting BT?
