IE7 and MSN on a Mac

MS ended support for IE on Mac many years ago. There are many suitable browsers (Safari, Firefox, Opera etc) and messaging apps (don't use it so others will have to advise) available, just not crappy MS ones.

Some OK features in Firefox, but I still prefer Safari apart from after the last update it stalls with mpegs until you refresh the page after it's finished loading
Yahoo Messenger is quite good, I use that as my email client for my Yahoo addy too, leaving Apple Mail to look after my private email addy.

use adium all the time, it handles my .mac account and msn (as well as others) all in one go. You can of course use the mac version of msn from
http://www.mactopia.com , it just isnt the same as Live Messenger etc

As others have said, IE7 on Mac is a no-go, you're far better off with Safari or Firefox. As for MSN, there is the official MSN app, however it's far behind the PC version, it doesn't handle video/webcams (unless I'm mistaken). I also use Adium and have done for quite a few years. If I need video then I'll fire up iChat.
