very sorry to go over old ground but it shows how up to date i am
i've just got a new computer and it's got a 19" widescreen monitor, great picture quality but everything's so bloody small! i've altered the resolution to the recomended setting (which made things even smaller!!)
the rest i can live with but i'm going to need a magnifying glass to read anything on here. is there any setting to make this site bigger? most other sites i've gone on so far look fine, just a bit smaller, but the text for the forums on here is tiny!

start > control panel > display
click the "settings" tab at the top of this window and slide the slider to the left
if you're on widescreen you may want to try a settings of 1440 x 900 or smaller
