It was a great day and as usual the type-RA, SIDC and Mcrae had great cars. I still get annoyed at seeing some bad examples of Subarus on the Southern Scooby stand and those other big Subaru stands in the opposite direction.

I missed the White JDM wagon crash. I saw him in the paddock and the whole side of his car was dented. Anyone care to explain?

Edit: Found it

how would you go about fixing that, as surely the value of repair out weights the value of the car?

As I left the car park at the end of the day, I also saw him driving it home . Every panel down the entire side was buckled. I'd imagine it's only body damage though so potentially repairable. An expensive mistake to make no doubt.

I saw you leave earlyish. Your car looked great, but sounded fantastic as you set off

I was in a car that came off at Donnington 15 yrs ago that had the same type of damage... £7k was the repair cost (not through insurance) but that was on a 6 month old car!!!

Damn that must have been quite a slam. The damage on the white wagon wasn't as bad as they. About half as bad I'd say, probably £3-4K worth of damage.

very scarey.... thought i was gonna be killed. car left the track on crainer and slide over the grass straight through the gravel and hit OS rear corner, giving impact across the car diagonally causing the passenger seat I was in to collapse backwards. glass every where. my lid is peppred with glass chips in it.
