Or would someone be so kind even as to talk me through how I should go about connecting them ?

is the official 360 adapter required? I've seen some posts saying that a wireless access point can be used instead?

What about the MicroLink dLAN system that uses the socket wiring as a network

Anyone know anything about it??

I tried the netgear game adaptor (ethernet bridge) it connected to live ok, but died before i could get it to play ball with media streaming

i also had problems with my netgear dg83xx router for media streaming.

i had no problems with my belkin router, and the new bebox,

no doubt others will be along to sing praises of netgear,

just for me it wouldnt work.

I'm going to lob it on fleabay shortly

dLAN or known as Homeplug, is a great alternative to wirelessly connecting you console. It's actually a cheaper and in most cases, more robust solution that using the 360 wireless adapter. Homeplug is (excuse the pun) a true plug n play technology. It's very simple to install

Yep. 3 adapters would allow router, xbox and pc to talk on homeplug

I don't work for them, I just work within the industry and know them very well
