caught kids playing with pc colour got a tint of brown tried adjusting monitor nothing

tried auto adjust only other thing i can tell you just before it shuts down the screen goes back to the right colour for a second

Might be temperature setting if you've got one, sounds like they've made it a bit warm.

could also be your graphics drivers overlaying a mask. That often shows up on startup/shutdown.
