recommend web application to post news bulletins to website ?
Is there anything ready-made we can use to post press releases to a website?
Ideally some kind of client on windows, that lets you type your press release, then uploads it to the website?
We tried coffeecup news flash, but its buggy and limited eg. you can post large paragraphs of text

I used to recommend this to people a loooong time ago. Its a mini content management program for your desktop that will do exactly what you're after with the click of a button (after initial set up).
