Default Sky+ Wallplates

Does anybody know where I can get a wallplate that has the following:-
2 x Satallite (for Sky+)
1 x Ariel
1 x RJ45 (for network)
1 x Telephone

Preferably in brass and double socket size.

A Lot to ask I know..

Cheers

This looks like it'll do the trick. It looks to have have a spare blank, so if you can get an RJ45 module you're good to go.

I think the Quad media module here will take standard modules. If that's the case then get a phone & RJ 45 module like these and a couple of blanking plates. I'd then drill the blanking plares and use f connectors - 2 for sky on one and 1 for the tv on the other.

Sorry it's a bit complicated, but that's what i'd do.

Option 2 is to run a bank of separate plates line these
