Default New Desktop - help !!
Please advise - where best to buy one.

I basically understand computers to use them - but not bought a home one for 10 years.

want decent home PC - 19" screen - not a gamer - but might start to download movies/music if I ever get the time.

looked at Dell/PC world edtc - and getting more confused

any advice would help
