I really want 1 but I havent got a clue what I should really be paying 1.

Any comments on how please/not you are with it would be appreciated.

I've looked on the QXL site and they seem pretty reasonable, but how do you really know/trust that you are going to get 1 back in return of your payment.

Thanks all

Do you think Nintendo is really ever going to hit off though.

I know its old now but I thought that the 64 would be the best, but after a while there was really no good games that come out.

I think the X box will have a bigger selection of games eventually.

But what do I know, I havent got either.

Couple of bits to remember here.
If you buying from the states, depending how the individual or shop send it, you could be liable for 10% import duty on top of the xbox + shipping, and 17.5% vat on the lot again.
so be careful.

To avoid that, a friend who was going to New York picked two up for me and i have one sitting here with a controller and a copy of halo and a power converter if you wish to purchase one

Mine is also listed on ebay, but will pull the auction seeing as your a scoobynetter.

You are welcome to come round and see it all working beforehand etc. Mail me offline for details.

Probably not much different than those companies that have bought them in the states, as theres no such thing as a uk warranty from microsoft

(only usa + canada covered according to the the owners manual).

I've got one boxed xbox (comes with one controller + av leads), a step down power converter, the game halo (stunning) which any scoobynet member can have for £420 + p&p or they can come and collect from just south of gatwick airport and see it running first.
