Default Burnout Paradise Trailer (PS3 & XBOX360)

Burnout has always been an "arcade racer" but check out the collision damage!

It would be lovely to think Digital Polyphony could factor this in for Gran Turismo 5 on PS3 (although they've stated it'll not have any collision damage). I wonder if there's a chance Gran Turismo will be ported to Xbox360 ? Poor sales of PS3 may mean it's not financially viable to exclusively release on PS3 alone ?

As much chance as Halo 3 being released on PS3, not 360. Polyphony are part of SCE and as such would only ever develop for Sony Hardware, unless Sony pulled out of the hardware market. Which is not going to happen in the forseeable.

lol - this thread has turned into Pete's c*ck up thread - nice one!

However, I've seen the Paradise gameplay trailer and it does look very good, just hope that the open world environment doesnt suck...

"Criterion has made sacrifices, giving up real-time lighting and weather effects to ensure 60fps"

WTF ?!?

Dont remember any weather effects in Revenge?

Not too bothered though, If I want sumptuous locales I'll go for PGR4, If I want motorised mayhem then Burnout it is... the game's all about making your mate's eat concrete, pretty visuals are an added extra.
