Downloaded mozilla firefox and want to know how to access my viewing history.

IE you can view by day over the last few weeks - Can I do the same?

Where does it store cookies and temp internet files?

You can put a history icon on your toolbar. Right click on the toolbar, select 'customise' and drag the history icon onto the toolbar
