CRM software
Hi everyone!
Has anyone any experience of using Sage ACT as a CRM program please?
I have Sage and don't really want to have to enter data a second time in to a stand alone system.
Any advice appreciated!!

Then you'll be disappointed!
Whilst Sage bought out ACT! (and I'm presuming you have Line 50 accounts) the links between the two is very poor.
Are you raising orders in ACT that you want entered into Sage or you want to pull sales accounts from Sage into ACT?

I want to use ACT for prospects and also as a contact record, I will transfer existing customers on to ACT to do this.
I have a demo version arriving tomorrow so will know better then, but if you (or anyone else!) knows of a better system which will not necessitate me duplicating data entry, I'd be glad to hear from them.
I am also currently struggling to install "Spindle" which is supposed to enable me to print invoices, statements etc easily........but I keep getting strange error codes!
