MSC's, PSC's IR35
Started my first contract today and was feeling pretty good until I got an email saying my services company was offering me two choices,
PAYE or DIY Limited company,
So, do I take the easy option and take a drop in pay, well it will still be an increase or be bloody minded and continue with the limited company seeing as the government havent the resources to go pestering everyone ?

MSC's and PSC's are illegal. Hence a market leader (Giant) stopping them.
Speak with some of the best, like: Parasol, 3Sixty.
I switched from an umbrella to Parasol. Completely legit, concentrate on safety and full compliancy.
When doing a wages outcome, i actually get more from the switch, so chuffed really. Keep the legislations coming Mr Brown, if it means i shop around and end up with more money

Just run your own Ltd company.
Register for your own business bank account.
Pay someone like Quay Accounting to do your accounts.
Laughing all the way to the bank!!!
I used to use Paystream which were very good and still are apparently, I know at least 10 contractors who are still using them.

I'm with Brookson and since the new legislation their service has fallen through the floor, my current contract ends next month and I will be using my own ltd company which I already have (and wished I just used with this new legislation).
As regards compliancy with IR35 it's always been about what your contract states in terms of where you work, equipment you use, other clients and lots of other factors but not *how* you get paid, be it umbrella, composite or own ltd co.

Thats probably what parasol have told you! Like I said its the T's & C's in the contract that deem and the IR use to judge inclusion/exclusion of IR35 not who/how you get paid.
