Default Free/Cheap photo prog that reduces file size?
Used to use photo editor but won't play ball with XP anymore.

Got some photos that I need reducing for ebay and SNet sales. Looking for something cheap or better free.

If you've got XP then you can get a free image resizer from MS as part of thier XP Powertools pack.
