I would say this is defo worth a gander

Broadbandbuyer.co.uk | NETGEAR DG834N RangeMax NEXT ADSL2+ Wireless-N Router Laptop Bundle

people on other forums seem to like it

Can apparently be upgraded to real N standard via firmware when the N standard is finalised

I've only used and tested the G Netgear stuff but was very impressed with it

not sure on how good the Netgear VPN is though

Ive been using the above router since Christmas and the wireless function has packed in , need to call Netgear, when it was working it was very good although I cant seem to find a Express card wireless adapter for my laptop , so still on 54.0 Mps

Hello

I have the Netgear DG834N and I find it very good, and it even works with Be*.

Just spent 90 mins on the phone to Netgear support and I now have my wireless function back , Turned out it needed a factory reset after a firmware update .
