I have just upgraded to Nero 7 and now I have audio snyc issues when I am trying to watch movies in xvid format. I normally burn using vso xvid to dvd sofware which I know re encodes the file but will this re encoding sort out my sync issue? I had an earlier version of nero before which played the files with no problems. Althouh I dont generally watch the films on my pc I do like to sample them before I burn them.

I had codec issues after upgrading to Nero 7. I reinstalled both my xvid and divx codecs. This resolved the issue for me.

Just goggle divx and xvid for the latest versions. Please don't use a codec pack, they can often cause more problems than they ever solve.
