Laptop advise ASAP
IS this dell system, any good, lookin for one for xmas, this is a limited offer,
is it worth it
wiill be used mainly for net around the home, or shall i just got to pc world

It looks fit for purpose for what your describing.
It wont be any good for games though and may struggle with Windows Vista due to the "Intel® GMA 950 shared graphics memory up to 128MB".

The laptop will be good for surfing the net, using office etc and everyday tasks.
The bit with the graphics is that it doesnt have a dedicated video card so what happens is that the laptop will use the onboard memory to compensate. The onboard memory is a lot slower than that on a dedicated graphics card.
If your not playing games or running high end graphics (Major photoshop rendering etc) then it shouldnt be a problem.
Not sure why the memory info differs on the 2 pages (It wont really make much difference as the key bit is the word "shared")
