It looks fit for purpose for what your describing.

It wont be any good for games though and may struggle with Windows Vista due to the "Intel® GMA 950 shared graphics memory up to 128MB".

The laptop will be good for surfing the net, using office etc and everyday tasks.

The bit with the graphics is that it doesnt have a dedicated video card so what happens is that the laptop will use the onboard memory to compensate. The onboard memory is a lot slower than that on a dedicated graphics card.

If your not playing games or running high end graphics (Major photoshop rendering etc) then it shouldnt be a problem.

Not sure why the memory info differs on the 2 pages (It wont really make much difference as the key bit is the word "shared")

Cheers

TB

My brother is happy with his, although as long as he can play world of warcraft he couldnt give a crap what else it does.
I was browsing ebay the other day and some poor sap paid nearly £230 for a p1 166 laptop with 64mb of ram with 2gb hard drive boy is he gonna be pissed when that slug turns up.
