Scart to composite/s-video
I have a Elgato USB PVR stick for my Mac and have a connection question.
With the house aerial the signal is great and I get a load of TV channels so it works fine.
I want to record from a source that only has a SCART output. The USB stick has two inputs, Composite or S-Video.
How can I connect the SCART to either of these inputs. I have a 'composite' adapter a la PS2 however it appears that that is input only (like all the cables I have identified that go from composite to SCART) they don't seem to work the other way.
Sorry to sound dumb but there are a plethora of cables and connectors out there and I want to get one that works.
TIA
Rannoch

You can get SCART / composite out connectors, or even SCART / composite connectors that are switchable between in and out. Should have them at your local Maplin.
I might be worng, but I don't think there's s-video in SCART.
John.
