free program to annotate / markup PDF files ?
Anyone know of a free package that can let the user type text onto and draw lines onto a PDF (acrobate) file ?
I search the net and there doesn't appear to be any.
Just wondered if anyone used one.

You might like to give FoxitReader 2.0 a try. I'm sure the old version allowed you to do that sort of thing, haven't used this version much myself though!

Thanks for the heads up, but to annotate you have to buy the pro pack, which you have to pay for.
Saying that, its cheap, so I'll probably just buy this.
