Freeserve E-mail Problem
I've been without my e-mail for about 3 weeks now.
Everytime i open Outlook and go to receieve it asks me for my password - which it never did before, i enter it and it rejects it therefore i cannot send or receive any e-mails.
Is it possible some nasty spyware or a virus coudl have intercepted my password?
I've Scanned my PC and it has come up as clear.
Should i disregard it and maybe starta new e-mail???
Help

Hasn't Freeserve changed to Orange now? They may have recently swapped their e-mail service onto Orange pop3 and smtp servers, which means you'll have to change the settings in outlook.
Have you tried ringing their customer support to ask?

You need to reactivate your account. Happens to me every so often. I had to reactivate mine this evening.
