Can you setup a VPN server without a fixed IP ?
Possibly a daft question, as I'm not familiar with VPN's but is it possible to setup a VPN tunnel from VPN client (WinXP Pro VPN client) to a VPN router that doesn't have a fixed IP address ?
I realise the lease will expire at any time on the router's non fixed IP address, but if I can put up with that, is it possible ?

uurrr I suppose it's possible, but would be an **** with a dynamic IP, which router are we talking about out of interest?
could you use a dynamic DNS service like Dynamic Network Services, Inc. -- DynDNS -- Welcome

The address at the other end won't change without a reason and the VPN will drop before that happens, so it'll be fine if you don't mind the occasional restart.

Spectrum,
If you dont have any luck with this, try:
Hamachi : Stay Connected a zero config VPN in software, very handy indeed.
