Can anyone may be shed any light on this.
I am trying to print a simple design onto a Cd with my epson R300 from my apple mac (os 10.3.9) using the Epson CD Print software which cam with the printer.
But when I go to 'Print' then scroll down Epson CD print (dialog box then comes up Iget this every time

I know that the CD tray is open because obviously I want to print a CD and the CD is sitting in the tray waiting to be printed onto
Anyone had any similar probs and if so did you manage to sort it out

Some silly questions for you:

Do you have the latest Epson Print CD software that is available?

Do you have all the possible OS, Security and Print related updates from Apple's Software Update installed?

Do you happen to have access to a machine running Mac OS X 10.4.x (preferably 10.4.8) to see if the problem still occurs?


I did find this. I've not read it all but there might be some useful info on it.

Just found another thread which might have information, or links to other information that might help.

Here Is a link to the epson software for the printer. Version listed for EasyPrint is 2.4.dA, not sure if that is newer than the version you have.
