Yes i do, £30p/weekday, £50/sat sun or bank hols.
When im called, straight away an hours money just for the phone call, anything after that is charged at x1.5 hourly rate or x2 at weekends.

10% of base salary is added to my salary. This is for a 4 in 1 rota. Once I'm called out I get 1 hour at time and a half regardless of day i.e xmas day or time i.e @ 3am. From here I continue to get time and a half until I either complete a job (even if I have to wait 4 hours for a Dell or HP engineer to arrive) or until I return home (if a visit to the office is required).
I get called out with a major problem about once every 12 callouts so its worth while to me. Stupid easy fixes occur about once or twice in 4 callouts.

I get £2.05 per hour when on call (125.5hrs per week) so that's £250 per week just for being on call.
As soon as my pager goes off the clock starts, time and a half during the week and Saturday, double bubble on a Sunday, treble on a Bank Holiday.
Fortunately I can fix most things from home, occasionally I have to come on site if it's major.
I am on call 2 weeks in 4 and guaranteed to get called at least 4 times per week.
It's no fun but it pays the bills..

I also rub my hands when the power to the building decides to turn off (this has happened a few times throughout the summer) .As per Danny B, the clock starts at the phone call and stops when im sat back home having a bottle of something A weeks money in a weekend, i'll live, just.
Happy Days.

I get about £220 per week for standby and minimum 3 hours at time and a half for a call (double time on Sundays and bank hols) if I have to sign on to the systems. A quick phone call is covered under the standby payments, unless you can *cough* blag it a longer call, like 20-30 mins, will get 3 hours overtime too.

A weeks pay in a weekend is nice isn't it.. keeps the car on the road sometimes its just worth the lack of sleep though is it - people just don't realise how bad things can be sometimes do they?

£150 for the week and £150 for the 1st hour of EACH call then normal rate for the remainder.
Love it
Edited to add if your fortunate to be on call on a bank holiday you get 10hrs at double bubble even if there is no callouts

Don't do it any more, but currently in my place -
4k for the year, typically 1 week primary, 1 week secondary, 2 or 3 weeks off than back on.
No extra payment for work done whether it's 2 mins or a whole weekend.
