If it's real then it should at least keep both camps happy, provided Sony actually deliver Blu-Ray to a level that makes it consumer-viable.

Just for all the back and forth banter between the two formats, something just doesn't seem to add up. For each supporter listing the failings of the other at various tech conferences, it seems very odd that they should "come together" now.

cant see it happening, its not about technology its war! These days Im sure its quite easy to handle both but its all about market share.

I say whatever format **** goes on wins! When big boy johnny holmes was having his ******* sucked and you millions of americans could watch it in the privacy of their own homes on VHS the war was won!

That said I think the porno industry is hedging its bets this time (because it can afford to) and will deliver on all formats.
