Default Is this Dell any good?

I was going to spend about £450 on an ebay PC and then about £200 on a 19 inch screen.

But wondered if its worth just getting the lot from Dell for not much more.....hows this (spec and price) for a home office PC that i wont need to upgrade in a hurry?
