I wonder if Alienware will stop using AMD processors

Because Dell have a special deal with Intel where they get chips at little more than production cost in return for only using Intel.

Maybe Dell bought Alienware so they can stop making there xps range without losing to much face. So that they can concentrate on making mainstream pc`s. And if the high end market goes down the pan, then they just close the independant subsidury down or sell it on.
