My god man are you mad , I have never ever dealt with such an incompitent bunch or twits as Tiscali

Seriously Tiscali were an absolute nightmare, i ended up cancelling my contract and i am not alone, lots and lots of people have problems with them.

i use www.ukonline.co.uk who are very very cheap and i have had no problems at all

Ive been kicked off Tiscali twice in the past, cant say I would go back!

Something to do with my computers being connected to Dialup 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Changed to broadband under another name and they kicked me off again!!!

Pipex 1mb unlimited £19.99 with no problems

I used to work for a company and we used to resell Tiscali business broadband, I was very reluctant to do so but having done a number of installs we never had a problem and so it changed my view of them. I think customer service wise they probably arent good but if the service is reliable then you never need to contact em anyway!

I'd chuck Tiscali into the same boat as NTL Digital.
Both similarly useless IMO.

Steer clear of Datastream ISPs like Tiscali and Bulldog. During busy times, your connection speed can drop dramatically. The busier the exchange gets, the worse your connection gets too.

Go for an IPstream ISP (BT use it I think).

I changed from BT (£30 a month for 1Mb) to Euro1net (IPstream £10 a month for the same 1Mb unlimited) and the connection is better too. You have to pay 2 years up front to get that price though.
