For the last few months we have had problems with Tiscali accounts.

For some reason no email from scoobynet gets to tiscali email addresses.

We believe tiscali have mistakenly taken the thread reports that are emailed out at the rate of thousands a day as spam.

We have tried to contact them but have had no response.

If you have a Tiscali account, please email them and request that they remove any block on emails from esoftsolutions.co.uk or scoobynet.co.uk

If you have emailed me asking why you are not getting emails, unfortunately I can't reply to you as the emails do not get to you!

Until this is resolved I'm afraid tiscali accounts will not receive emails from scoobynet. So PLEASE do not change your email address in your profile to a tiscali one.
