Unhappy Photoshop

Can I use photoshop to reduce a jpeg from 3,123 kb to 500 kb or less.

Use the windows XP resizer tool - its free and all you do is right click and hit resize.

If you have Photoshop already just use the 'save for web' feature. This will initially give you four sizes to chose from and the ability to decide on the quality/size before saving.

Yes, open pic in photoshop, right click on the pics top tool bar and take it from there! OR click image at top of photoshop, options appear and one is image size.
