Default HELP, need to get this bloody printing working !

is it possible to print a local printer attached to a pc with windows 2000 on a home network, from 3 other pc's on my network 2 of which have xp pro, 1 of which has 200 pro on them?

Does that make sence

Please help, im really desperate !!

Right-click on the printer in the control panel and choose Sharing..., should be obvious from there.

thanks, but do these 2 operating systems allow sharing between each other ?

Yes. But I find one annoying problem is that you may need to log into the machine attached to the printer from the one you are trying to print from, before anything will print. You aren't supposed to need to, but mixing OSes seems to cause this. I run a system with three XP pro machines and one 2k one, but the printer in my case is on oneof the Xp machines.
