Question Windows XP Time Syncronisation

Hello,

Windows has recently started to change the time on every startup - usually around 17hrs (+some minutes) earlier than the correct time.

The time is set to synchronise with the windows time server, and is in the correct time zone, AND gets the correct time if I "synchronise now", but STILL tells me the incorrect time every time I restart the computer.

Can anyone suggest what is wrong?
Thanks.
