Rather than pay double the regular price for an overpriced Sony, why not pay triple the price & get an overpriced Mac?

I'd find it hard to spend that much, I'd build my own with double the quality of components, for half the price!

MSI 875P Neo-FIS2R BIOS v2.4 | Pentium 4 3.2gHz/800 HT | Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu | Kingston PC3200 1GB dual ch | MSI FX5900XT VTD128 | Terratec DMX 6fire 24/96 | Samsung 120GB SATA | Sony DW22A DVDRW | Globalwin Sapphire Super Silent 19dBA 450W +3.3v=28a, +5v=45a, +12v=22/24a | CoolerMaster Praetorian | Windows XP Pro SP2

1 year old rig - built for around £1k + Eizo 19" LCD.

If youre an i-pod person, buy a sony, if youre not willing to pay 25% extra just to have something that looks nice then consider a dell or an evesham. Both good makes with a decent reputation. Same specification, just not the price.
