Run keeps opening

Since last night the Run box keeps opening on it's own and tonight the my documents folder opened on it's own - any ideas whats happening?
Win XP Pro

Do you keep the computer clean with registry cleaners/antivirus software? if not, i'd advise a scan with avast (antivirus) and a good registry cleaner. If it persists, it may be a program conflict? not sure meself if it isnt any of those 2.
