Default Terminal Services

Can I get it to run in the same way that remote desktop does? Our phone system call center software doesn't run as a service - but we need to log into the machine remotely (VNC isn't quite working well enough with the apps). When I log in on TS (even with same username) it loads a new session (which autoruns the call center apps again ). Need to be able to access the one on the console.

TS is set to admin mode - but didn't help.

AFAIK you can't connect to the console with a 2000 host.

Thanks for the link - will try to work out if it will work. You see the Tosh stuff runs from one icon in the startup group, but the main window then launches stuff in the background.

Open a command prompt and type "mstsc.exe /?" without the quotes.

This will give you the syntax to connect to the console session

Oh i appear to have found a way to make them run as a proper service. Bit of a pain that we can't access the console - but at least we the remote admin will be fine.
