MPEG2 Editor Needed...
As title: Im looking for a free MPEG editor, thatll allow me to cut to the frame, without causing every dvd mastering program I can find to hang. Im not sure why, but everything Ive tried so far causes the mastering programs to communicate with Microsoft.....
Any help will be appreciated.
