Check dell, business and home sites I am sure they will have a better spec laptop for the money, think they start at £349 but you can choose whatever you want spec wise.

My old man bought this laptop, I upgraded the memory to 512 MB. For the money it is a great bit of kit. Wireless and bluetooth integration works a treat, general build quality is also of a high standard....you can't go wrong!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't integration suggest that it's not part of the original laptop specification?

spend a bit more on an Acer.

i got 2 for a client of mine, built in everything, 256mb ram works just fine, and the battery lasts for about 4 hours!!!! even when watching dvd's

i'll find out the model number if you are interested.

I got a dell inspiron 6000 for £440 delivered with a 15.4" widescreen, wi-fi card, decent keyboard/battery life and its also looks half decent!! It also had a CD-RW/DVD combo drive. Fair enough its only a celeron 1.3 with 256 MB ram but ram is cheap enough if you buy it from someone like crucial so thats not such an issue.

Have to say performance of the processor has been very impressive considering its a budget chip.
