I'm playing it on PS2 - it's sheer genious. The sound effects & score are taken straight from the films - The Darth Maul level is great.

Its great for young kids - it has a 2 player co-operative mode where player 2 can just jump in and out *****-nilly, very simple controls and the manual even has a "help for parents" section.

Best game tie in from a movie ever - its superb.

Yep - it's the Kamino level (first on Ep 2) where Jango Fett is the boss at the end of it...

What a great game - thanks for the heads up lads - wouldn't have noticed it otherwise.

Looks like its had lots of TLC during the development - quite rare these days.

Who's the dev team ?

I just tried this game. Did not really seem to grab me Combat seemed to be a little tedious, as when there were a block of droids if you did not stand there and block you got shot to pieces.

Also did not like the endless jumping for silly little star, and loads of plants to "use the force" on.

Oh well, just not my type of game then

Simple but fun. If you time your blocking correctly, you can bounce the shots back at the droids and blow them up. Just like a real Jedi

Or jump up and slam your light sabre down into the middle and take 3 or 4 of them out in 1 go...

Love this game to bits. With a bit of help from me my 3 year old has finished it! We're working our way back through the levels now (with invulnerability turned on to speed things up) to try and open up the secret level.. I believe it's set on the Tantive IV ship at the start of A New Hope, when Darth Vader comes on board.

Has anyone noticed how it often "kicks off" between the various characters outside the diner?

Got stuck on the Count Dookou (sp?) level at the end of episode 2.
Right near the beginning 2nd room in which is circular. I've killed the flying things and when I step on one of the floor buttons (he one near the speeder) the other chap jumps on the lower level of the platform that just appeared but he won't step up onto the next platform to press the button. He just runs on the spot against the step!?!?!

Bought this for my neighbours kids on PS2, of course had to make sure the DVD wasn't deffective *cough*.

What a brilliant game! I played an early demo, but the game is so polished and fun to play.. using the 'force' to throw the droids into walls n stuff is great and the humour they've put in some of the levels is cool.

Reckon this is one of the best Star Wars games you can buy.
