Dabs is £43 + del for the standard 1GB Kingston CF card, but the better Kingston Elite Pro is £49 + del (good card, but my 300D doesn't make the most of it)

What camera do you use? If its an older model then you might not see the speed increase of the higer rated cards when the camera is saving the pics.

I also use a 300D (Whats a NIkon??)
I also just transfer directly from the camera to the pc. So I guess that its not worth getting the high speed version then?
BTW apparently some branches of dixons have been selling 70-200mm f4 L USM's for 299-00. Get hunting!
