Outlook 2K won't start after system crash ...
Hi,
My computer crashed a few weeks ago and failed to restart. When I finally found the time it turned out the power supply had gobe 'phhttt'. New supply and that's fixed.
BUT ..... when I try to start Outlook all that happens is the window pops up then promptly disappears. No error messages that I have time to see. I guess I may have been logged in with Outlook running when it went down.
Tried safe mode. The same. Logged in as Admin in safe mode to set up Outlook there - got as far as the main window running then that went. Googled a bit but found nothing relevant.
Oh, and ran the utility that checks pst files for consistancy and all is fine. I even tried to rename it and start a test.pst - as soon as it tries to open the main window Outlook just exits ...
Help!
