They are a damn disgrace,only been with them a month and had no end of problems with them,slow,emails always knackered,10meg email limit,useless customer service,call centre staff you can't understand.

They never forget to take your direct debit though.

If i'd had known i'd never have started with them.

OK here - though has been a bit funny on email the last day or two.
NTL are crap, but they are cheap, and broadband rarely goes wrong.
We have been with them for years, have had years of free channels, 600k broadband for the price of 128k for 18 months, and the chipped cable boxes still get me all the sports, movies, PPV and **** after 3 years
Musn't grumble....

mine pretty slow and has been for a few days, probs with pop3 and cant get to the NTLWorld web site to see the pathetic excuses they put up saying it all OK
