I've got one. There's been some major problems with the service a few weeks back. Cable modem speeds were down to less than that of a 56K modem 
NTL seemed to have got thier act together and i'm averaging 70-80K per second download times. It is a regional thing though so in Herts it can be great and in another area completley poo. Still you get unlimited surfing time with no timeout. I think you get the 1st two months at 20 quid per month. There are also rumours of a price drop or increase in bandwidth.
I'd give it 7.5 /10

just got an email from them offering me a free modem for 3 month trial (probably try to stop me using the free service
