Default what broadband isp with NO activation fees

i am leaving my current isp on monday, and gonna change to a cheaper one,
what suppliers requires NO activation fee?

Tescos.. 12 month contract, though at £19.66 (or thereabouts) a month with free Speedtouch 330 modem and no installation fee...@576kbps and no download limits

Just got wanadoo. £18pm, 1Mbps speed, free set up pack and no activation fee, 2BG limit (currently not enforced). Depends on what you use BB for. Personally I very much doubt I'll use anywhere near 2GB. If you do then IIRC they do the same package but with 6GB limit for £22 and 30GB for £27.

recently went online with Virgin.net. no activation fee, and best of all no contract! very handy as i might be moving soon... £17.99 a month, 3G d/l limit...

I'm now with Freedom2surf - no connection fees and so far so good and very helpful

I used to be with Pipex, their connection is great, but support and customer services stink and always has done. Recently helped a few people connect to Wanadoo, contention ratio and initial connection seemed poor.
