Default anybody got a contact NUMBER for EBuyer?

As title really - ordered some bits of 'em, and the one thing hasn't turned up. Need it for Christmas

Any ideas?

Sorry can't help on this and I know from feedback that they are a nightmare when things go wrong as its near impossible to contact them.

Very cheap though

The Best Thing to do is to order it again, and then raise an Enote sayingthe old one you ordered did'nt turn up and you want it refunded.

In my experiance of Ebuyer, It will turn up, but it would be worth putting a enote on the web site. Some items are dispatched from differant warehouses so they all don't come at the same time.
With last few orders coming up to Christmas they have been delayed by one or two days but they do get there.

Do think they do contact numbers at all now.

We order LOTS of stuff from ebuyer. Used to be a nightmare returning stuff. But since their appearance on Watchdog, they're bloody quick now. I returned something monday and received replacement Wednesday...mind you, I can drop things into the warehouse as I live not too far away.

if it's only a day or too late, I'd wait for a day. Then raise another order, with next day delivery is needed and then leave an e-note asking for product and delivery refund.

EBuyer have been very good on returns recently.

I ordered £4k of stuff and it was due last Thursday. Bits n bats arrived each day through until Monday. Couldn't build anything as the MoBo's arrived last. 4 out of 5 were knackered. I noticed that bits were missing (usb plug in modules) from the 4 packs, so I reckon they were already knackered and ebay knew but sent them out to another customer to try) The replacements all work and have the USB plug ins. I had to order the replacements with express delivery for the next day...they've still taken an extra day. You can't contact them, but they do reply to enotes, within 5 days !! Once you have enote contact they are very good at further replies.

They've promised to refund me delivery costs and return costs, but I doubt whether I will ever use them again.

I've 'kicked off' at ebuyer a couple of times via Enotes (ha ha, I'm a keyboard warrior ) - demanded goods tomorrow, insisted on refunds etc.

Generally now they are very good. Even reply to my enotes the same day....even same hour last time.
